  • Authored and conducted periodic reviews for SOP and QMS documents, including rollout of a new system for managing production nonconformances

  • Analyzed monthly production nonconformance data for trends, planned and conducted meetings with production managers to discuss unresolved and/or concerning trends

  • Performed and documented follow-up investigations into nonconformance trends, including risk assessment and CAPA referral.
